Santa Cupcakes are Coming to Town

These cupcakes are easy to decorate and require no cake decorating utensils if you don't want to use them. TIP: I didn't have red sugar sprinkles so I put a little sugar in a zip lock bag and tinted it with red food coloring, then shut the bag and rubbed it to distribute the color into the sugar.
