Halloween Parade Entries Wanted

The Kiwanis Club of Atchison celebrates 150 years of Kansas statehood and the club’s 90th birthday during the 2011 Halloween Parade on Oct. 29. This year’s theme is Haunted History.

In addition to the annual parade, there will be a costume contest on the Atchison Library lawn at noon.

Parade registration forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce office in the Santa Fe Depot, 200 S. 10th.
